BOOKING INFORMATION

A $300 deposit (plus HST) is required when booking to secure your cottage or cottages. This can be done one of two ways, North Channel Cottages can send an invoice to your e-mail address or through an E-Transfer. Choose the option best suitable for you.
All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars and subject to 13% HST.
E-Transfers can be sent to info@northchannelcottages.com
If reserving more than 1 week, an additional $300 deposit will be required.
All bookings during peak season are a minimum of 1 week and run Saturday to Saturday. Weekends are available between May 19 to June 16 and September 24 to October 24.
Check in time is 3:00 PM and check out time is 9:00 AM sharp.
Full Payment is required 10 days before your arrival.
If renting a boat, a $100 deposit will be required in addition to the cottage deposit.
Deposits will be returned if notice is given 60 days prior to arrival date. After which, deposits are non-refundable.
There will be a $75 administration fee for a returned deposit.
E-mailed Invoice: North Channel Cottages uses Squarereader Payment Service to process transactions, we will e-mail you an invoice and it can be paid online by using your Visa, Mastercard or American Express. We do not receive any of your credit card information and Squarereader is extremely secure.
Guests will need to have a credit card with them upon arrival in case of damages.
Guests are expected to leave their cottage tidy when they depart or an additional cleaning fee of $200 will be charged.
In the event there is damage to cottages, motor boats or property, the full amount incurred to North Channel Cottages will be applied to the customers credit card.
On October 17, 2018 recreational cannabis was legalized in Canada. With the legalization of cannabis, North Channel Cottages has chosen to be a cannabis free environment. This means that smoking, vaping, and consumption of cannabis is not permitted.

NORTH CHANNEL COTTAGES RULES

Smoking cannabis is not permitted anywhere on our property or during use of our equipment.
No smoking in the cottages.
No smoking at or near the beach.
No candles allowed inside cottages.
Fireworks, roman candles, BB guns, pellet guns, slingshots are NOT permitted on the property.
No excessive noise after 11pm.

PET POLICY

Dogs are welcome at North Channel Cottages at a price of $100 + HST per week per dog. If you have a guest join you during your stay that brings a dog, there will be an additional cleaning fee. Please let us know when booking.
No aggressive dog breeds, if they don't get along with others it's best to leave them at home.
Dogs must be crated while left unattended, if you plan to be on the water for long periods of time and your dog has a tendency to bark, it is best to leave them at home.
Guests must pick up after their dogs
Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds.
Dogs must remain on a leash at all times
Dogs may swim in the boat launch area.
Any cost incurred by North Channel Cottages due to damage from your pet will be your responsibility.
